Founded in 2014 by Matt Grbcic, MG Group Project Management has become one of the Gold Coast’s leading boutique project management consultancies.
With experience across more than 165 successful projects, we provide client-side project management, development management, construction management, quantity surveying and strategic advisory services across residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, hospitality, medical and government sectors.
Our role extends far beyond managing programmes and budgets. We bring clarity to complexity, align stakeholders, proactively solve problems, and create the structure that allows projects to move forward with confidence.
